Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate in a full-time role. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and perform cleaning tasks to keep the store looking its best. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with scheduled wage increases over five years.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, following merchandising plans, handling curbside orders, and supporting store management to achieve efficiency and loss-prevention goals.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices and computers.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable and prompt attendance.

Responsibilities
