Job summary

The Michaels team in Louisville seeks a customer-focused store associate to help customers find products and provide solutions. You will handle a fast, friendly checkout and promote rewards enrollment while supporting in-store processes like BOPIS, SFS, and truck unloading.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining planograms, and ensuring a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with flexibility for varied shifts including early mornings,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and suggest solutions.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them when appropriate.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and educate on VOC survey.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and adhere to SOPs.
