Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding fan experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and efficient point-of-sale interactions. You will greet fans, guide purchases, and help maintain clean sales floors and stockrooms during home games and special events.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment while upholding Fanatics' bold brand

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with a positive shopping experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Execute a seamless brand connection and top-notch service.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system.
• Represent the Fanatics brand and team/leagues professionally.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
