Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Follow operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; cross-train across store areas as needed.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising standards and processes.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and assist with store recovery and safety.
