Marshalls at TJX Companies is hiring store associates in the United States. You'll greet customers, ring purchases and returns, process payments, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor in line with company procedures.

You should bring strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Prior retail experience is preferred, and associates benefit from a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Supports safety awareness and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
