Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Provides and accepts feedback and adheres to labor laws and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
