Responsibilities

• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and handle change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and keep the store clean and safe.
• Follow labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
