Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back per procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures; support shrink reduction goals.
