You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising and loss prevention efforts. Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, handling returns, and cooperating with store leadership to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for sale floor and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention measures.
