Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains merchandising and signage standards and backroom organization
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards
