Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness on the sales floor to ensure a safe shopping environment and clear exits.
• Treat customers and associates with respect and courtesy; greet and assist throughout the store.
• Assist customers at the register, answer questions, and provide a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks, maintain a neat store, and ensure merchandise presentation meets guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code.
• Execute daily sizing and recovery tasks to keep the store neat and merchandised to standards.
• Speed up stock flow by expediting receipts to the floor and organizing items per guidelines.
