Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Support safety and labor law compliance and assist in shrink reduction efforts.
