Responsibilities include ringing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to safety and shrink-reduction goals.

• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives
• Provides feedback and participates in continuous improvement
• Adheres to labor laws and policies
• Participation in shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
