Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a retail or related role or specialization.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems and other retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; assist customers on the sales floor.
• Process cash register transactions and enroll customers in loyalty programs accurately.
• Support product flow, stock replenishment, and daily store profitability.
