Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a motivated Retail Associate at our Greenfield location. This full-time role supports store operations, cash handling, donations processing, and floor merchandising across multiple titles, including Cashier, Textiles/WAres Producer, Donation Door Attendant, and more.

Qualifications

• No degree required; can contribute based on capability and prior experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a team and adhere to Goodwill’s values.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer and follows cash handling procedures.
• Sorts and processes donations, maintains donation door area and backroom organization.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising on the sales floor, purges and stocks shelves.
• Operates heavy equipment when needed and assists with various store roles (Textiles/WAres Producer, eCommerce Producer, etc.).
• Ensures safety and follows procedures, lifts 10–50 pounds as required.
