Job summary

ALDI Hazleton, PA is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering and cleaning. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.

The role offers full-time hours (avg 30+ weekly), starting wage $19.50/hour with scheduled increases in subsequent years. Prior retail experience is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate POS system and cash registers.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accuracy in basic arithmetic and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms.
• Cashier and process customer purchases with accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Help manage inventory and loss prevention efforts.
