Job summary

ALDI Hazleton, PA is hiring a full-time Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store at its best. You will work with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and follow store policies during busy hours.

The role requires 30+ hours weekly with starting pay of $19.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases over the next years. Prior retail or cash-handling experience is a plus, and benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves according to planograms.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
