Vail Resorts is hiring for the winter season in Colorado. As a Retail Associate, you will help guests find the right gear and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced mountain setting.

This winter seasonal role offers a starting wage of $20 per hour with opportunities to work across departments. The position emphasizes teamwork, safe practices, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a world-class ski area.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.
• Help guests select and fit outdoor gear.
• Assist with cashiering, rentals, or other departments as needed.

Job Specifications:

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
