Job summary

Hudson by Avolta at Clinton National Airport in Little Rock is hiring a Retail Sales Associate. The position pays $14 per hour with opening and closing shifts, joining a long‑standing travel retail team serving travelers for over 30 years.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, operate a cash register, follow policies, and help maintain the store. FAA background clearance is required; weekend availability and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail; delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
• You have open availability; Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
• Open to working in airport environment;
• Able to pass a FAA background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly smile
• Communicate well with customers, coworkers, and store management
• Become familiar with merchandise to help customers and answer questions
• Operate a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions
• Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
• Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
• Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
• Organize damaged products and notify management of out-of-stock items
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash
• Work with stock team to continuously replenish stock on the sales floor
• Must be available on weekends and have reliable transportation

As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional service to our customers at the Little Rock Airport!. From greeting customers to assisting with general sales floor duties, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience!

Hourly Pay Rate of: $14.00

Opening Shift (3:45a-12p)

Closing Shift (12p - 8:30pm)
