The role requires a 21+ age minimum, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ years of retail, customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for the cannabis industry and willingness to learn product knowledge and compliance requirements.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic math skills and cash-handling experience.

Physical Requirements:

Mobility to stand, kneel, and walk for an extended period of time.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must be able to bend, twist, and perform light physical labor.

Exposure to varying temperatures or loud environments, as applicable.

Retail dispensary setting with designated sales floor, cashier, fulfillment, and drive-thru stations.
