Job Summary

Our Retail Associates are the face of our mission to our customers and the community. They handle donated goods, process donations, operate cash registers, stock and merchandise the sales floor, and perform related duties with integrity and a positive attitude.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide excellent service to customers and donors
• Perform register transactions accurately
• Maintain cash register stock levels
• Follow housekeeping standards
• Pull, price, rotate, and hang clothing
• Meet sales quotas and goals
• Merchandise and recover sales floor items
• Perform janitorial duties as needed
• Process donations and maintain records
• Unload and process donations following SOP
• Grade, sort, price, and stage donated items
• Manage stock transportation and time effectively
• Contribute to team success and assist in operations as needed
• Assist in cutting cardboard and other tasks to expedite operations

Additional Information

Position is entry level, part-time, in retail and nonprofit sectors. Competitive pay range: $15.00-$18.00/hour.
