As a Retail Associate, you will represent our Company, Brands, and products to consumers. You will serve customers, share product information, and assist in finding products that meet their needs. You will support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor, ensuring product representation and accessibility. Your contributions will help increase store profitability through accurate and efficient processes, supporting our mission: "Connecting Active People with Their Passions."

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards; restock merchandise from inventory.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately; promote loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store profitability by managing product receipt and processing.
• Assist customers by answering questions about products, features, and availability; understand their needs and help with buying decisions.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs for daily operations.

You Have

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
• Experience in customer service or retail (up to 2 years)
• Experience with inventory and POS systems
• Minimum age of 16 years

Job Conditions

• Active environment; physical activity including lifting up to 40 lbs.; exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional work in various locations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, adaptable to seasonal and business needs.
