Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ, is seeking a Retail Receptionist to support guest services and retail operations. You will educate guests on spa products, assist with daily inventory, and ensure accuracy of guest accounts and payments.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in retail, hotel/resort experience preferred, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends/holidays. A reliable vehicle is required, with a passion for health and wellness enhancing guest experiences.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in Retail.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Check guests out for retail purchases, educate on recommended products from spa team and retail items in Fitness Center.
• Assist in monthly inventory projects.
• Verify all account postings and balances.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and credit information is up-to-date.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

Availability to be scheduled between the hours of 8am-8pm is required, including weekends and holidays.
