Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Supervisor in Charge to ensure high guest service levels and assist in retail operations. This entry-level position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage various retail tasks while providing excellent customer service. The role involves supervising staff, handling transactions, and maintaining store compliance with service standards.

At times may be only “Supervisor in Charge” of entire facility. Responsible for assuring a high level of guest and donor service. Assists with supervision of retail and/or production activities to ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Ensure that Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Duties include, but are not limited to:
