FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Greensboro, NC. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching staff, driving sales, and maintaining a customer-centric environment in a diverse merchandise setting including jewelry and tools.

There is a commission component and bonus tied to store performance. You will analyze store financials, manage assets, and help recruit and develop talent while ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Lead store operations alongside the Store Manager to drive results.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit and retain top talent for the store.
• Open and close the store, count cash/merchandise, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and procedures.
• Administer inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements to drive profitability and target goals.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate clearly to align with the store's mission and objectives.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Other related duties as assigned.
