Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and asset protection.
• Recruit and coach team members to meet store goals.
• Monitor store performance and drive profitability through sales.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and PPE compliance.
• Assist Store Manager with financial reporting and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention.
• Train and supervise pawnbrokers and other associates.
• Engage customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
• Take on related duties as assigned by management.
