Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in El Paso, TX to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, recruiting, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes building a positive, productive environment and leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidates will analyze store performance, participate in asset protection, and oversee inventory, loans, and store systems while driving profitability and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to lead daily store operations and staff development.

• Administer inventory, merchandising, POS, and reporting processes.
• Drive profitability through financial statement analysis and goal setting.
