Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months store management experience.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations alongside Store Manager.
• Recruit and retain top talent; train Pawnbrokers.
• Open/close store; manage cash and assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, and asset protection.
• Analyze store financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
