Job Description

The Retail Assistant Store Manager at Vuori supports the Store Manager in leading the sales team by building strong customer relationships, communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and retail operations.

What you'll do:

1. Create an unforgettable customer experience: Ensure each customer receives excellent service, manage fitting rooms, provide honest feedback, and engage customers about products and events.
2. Be the business: Lead daily store operations, motivate the sales team, achieve sales goals, and stay informed about product trends and inventory needs.
3. Leadership and ownership: Assist with inventory management, store maintenance, visual merchandising, and safety protocols. Encourage punctuality, responsibility, and team engagement.
4. Operations: Handle weekly restocking, cycle counts, shipment processing, and ensure the store is well-organized and stocked.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are available to work mornings and/or evenings, at least one weekend per week, and demonstrate leadership, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Prior retail experience, especially in activewear or fashion, is preferred.
