About The Role:

The Store Manager (SM) will set the culture for the brand and the store environment. They are results-driven and responsible for the store’s overall performance including sales and profitability. The SM will inspire, motivate, and develop the store team ensuring every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. They should embody Rhone's principles: Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered. A passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, select, and onboard passionate employees, coaching and developing them for growth.
• Create and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase traffic, and drive profitability.
• Represent the brand during internal and external events.
• Manage store financial goals with business acumen.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Train team members on product knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address complaints with empathy.
• Maintain operational standards, ensuring a safe, clean environment.
• Ensure legal compliance and store stability.
• Create and communicate staff schedules adhering to payroll goals.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure efficient processing of shipments and inventory management.
• Communicate inventory needs to HQ.

• 4+ years in retail leadership or equivalent consumer-facing roles.
