Dollar Tree, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service and team development. You will supervise daily activities, train associates, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, merchandising, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention. The role requires strong communication, high energy, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and endure walking, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom per company standards.
• Protect store assets including cash and company property.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
