• Support Store Manager in training, coaching, and developing store associates.

• Drive sales performance through team motivation and leadership.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and operational tasks.
• Manage inventory control and stockroom organization.
• Oversee shipments and merchandise flow.
• Monitor shrink and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support payroll and scheduling; maintain financial records.
