Lovisa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to help lead our retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily operations and achieving business goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure items are merchandised effectively. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
