Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in an assistant manager or retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities
