Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in training, coaching, and developing store associates.
• Foster effective communication across all team members.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Drive sales performance through team motivation and leadership.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and other operational tasks.
• Manage inventory and stockroom organization.
• Oversee shipments and merchandise flow, and maintain shrink controls.
• Ensure store meets visual merchandising standards.
• Create an engaging shopping environment and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; lead team in personalized service.
• Assist with payroll management and scheduling; maintain financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention initiatives.
