Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a pleasant work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and store policies.
• Assist manager in meeting sales and expense budget goals.
• Manage merchandise display and stock levels.
• Participate in interviewing and training of personnel.
• Conduct evaluations of store personnel.
• Schedule sales associates for full coverage.
• Complete payroll information biweekly.
• Order merchandise when the manager is absent.
• Account for cash receipts per policy.
• Attend manager meetings in the absence of the manager.
• Report safety hazards and compliance issues.
• Support the work therapy program.
