Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC Command is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Canton, Ohio. This role involves assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations and supervising staff. You will help create a hospitable work environment and ensure compliance with store policies.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably with supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. In this position, you will also support the work therapy program and help motivate the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is essential for the position.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
