Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Valley, Alabama location to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and maintain organized merchandise and displays.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication, and a high-energy team mindset in a fast-paced retail environment. This position offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting
