Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive manner.
• Train and develop Store Associates to improve performance.
• Maintain a well-stocked and clean sales floor and stockroom.
• Open and close procedures and follow company directives.
