Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage merchandise, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with planograms and store presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
