Skechers USA Ltd. in Dickson City, PA is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the management team, lead a sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

You will drive daily store performance, manage inventory, oversee visual merchandising, and help deliver strong sales results while maintaining Skechers’ brand standards and a positive work environment. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store processes.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
