Job summary
Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail team and drive daily store performance. You will mentor staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold Skechers brand standards.
You will oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and store operations, while solving problems and communicating effectively with customers and teammates. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required with opportunities for career growth within
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to meet brand standards.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and floor layout for a seamless shopping experience.
- Oversee store operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures.
