Skechers USA, Inc. in Pembroke, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations and team leadership. You’ll drive the store’s performance, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restocking processes to maintain a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
