Lids Sports Group in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily store performance, lead a small team, and deliver excellent customer service. This part-time role focuses on operations, staffing, and sales execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach associates, manage schedules, uphold visual standards, and support inventory control while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience for our fans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs and goal setting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues on the floor.
• Maintain POS systems, signage, and store cleanliness per guidelines.
• Assist in inventory counts, stock checks, and visual merchandising.
