Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and compliance.
• Handle stock management including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising presentation.
• Ensure cash control and cashier accountability; deposits and refunds processing.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
