Dollar Tree in Fishkill, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, organize merchandise, and help maintain displays to company standards.

You will also participate in opening/closing, supervise and train associates, ensure a safe and friendly environment, and contribute to loss prevention and payroll-related record keeping. Part-time role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and resolve questions.
• Organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked store areas.
