Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to hit goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership.
• Basic computer skills: word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20 lbs.
