Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership role is preferred.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer service standards.
• Supervise and coach store associates in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and enforce loss prevention.
