Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Marion, SC to support daily operations, lead the team, and drive sales performance. Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
3-5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals, customer experience standards, and operational expectations are met.
Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
Supervise store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training support.
Maintain staffing levels through recruiting efforts and retention.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
Maintain safe, organized, customer-focused store environment.
Reinforce adherence to policies, procedures, and loss prevention.
