You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Store Manager, and ensure efficient cash handling, scheduling, and donor processing while upholding Goodwill policies and community mission.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience supervising multiple departments or staff preferred.
• Experience setting and managing schedules for store staff.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven customer service excellence and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of thrift/retail environment and inventory control.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the daily operation of the retail store with the Store Manager.
• Perform cash transactions, order supplies, and manage opening/closing tasks.
• Support flexible weekend/holiday schedule to align with store needs.
• Supervise and train employees, ensuring safety and standards.
• Interact with donors and customers, handling receipts and purchases.
• Maintain orderly merchandising, inventory, and budget compliance.
• Communicate across divisions and stores to support mission.
